Phi Kappa Theta is constantly exploring new communities where our Mission and Ideals can grow. One driven person can help build an entire chapter that can develop college men for decades. If you believe in building something historic and meaningful, follow the steps below!
Step 1: Contact our Executive Office
Text "Expansion Interest” to 317.473.9263 or send an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: Generate an Interest Group
Once multiple students are interested in joining Phi Kappa Theta, you’ve created an interest group!
Step 3: Become a Colony
In order to be considered a colony, we ask that your group meet the following standards:
- Minimum of 15 male college students interested in joining Phi Kappa Theta
- Permission from University to expand
- A positive culture among the students in your group
Step 4: Complete the RequirementsSaveSaveSave
Your colony will have twelve months to achieve the necessary requirements. This will make your colony eligible to petition the Fraternity’s voting members to become a fully recognized Chartered Chapter.
"There's much to be gained when starting a chapter. You have the honor of becoming a founding father, which is awesome. You also have the opportunity to see the fraternity grow. If you are passionate about starting a chapter, you will find it rewarding to look back and see all that the chapter has accomplished."
— Carlos Caraveo, Arizona State University, Founding Father
