Current Fraternity Officers & Trustees
The Biennial Convention elects the Board of Trustees, consisting of both alumni and collegiate members, to run the Fraternity between Conventions. The Board, in turn, must make a complete report to the International Convention. The International Convention can overrule any decision made by the Board, since it is an interim authority. The Board may elect certain members to an Executive Committee and give them the powers of the Board when the Board is not in session. The Board elects the officers of the Fraternity, and it also engages an Executive Vice President. The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fraternity who directs the overall work of the Fraternity, but he does it through the Executive Vice President, who is a full-time professional Fraternity man. All trustees volunteer their time and service and receive no financial compensation except for expenses.
