The professional staff are full and part time employees of Phi Kappa Theta and are headquartered out of Carmel, IN.  The Executive Offices serve as the central offices for the professional staff and houses the Fraternity’s extensive archival history. The professional staff is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that deliver Phi Kappa Theta’s Mission successfully to its members.
