Welcome to the Executive OfficesThe Phi Kappa Theta Executive Office is staffed by professionals who are carrying out the directives of the General Fraternity as well as developing, updating, and implementing programs that keep Phi Kappa Theta among the best in the fraternity world. The staff serves to add continuity to the Fraternity on a national level. Our fraternity relies heavily on its volunteers, but without the staff's more than 25,000 hours a year spent exclusively on fraternity business, the ship would simply not sail. By handling the day-to-day operations of the Fraternity, the Executive Offices maintain and continually update the Fraternity's educational programs, such as the 'Journey to Excellence' and the new FISCUS Membership Development Program. The staff also produces the 'Temple,' our national magazine. The staff also corresponds with all our chapters around the country and deals with all their requests. The professional staff also maintains the Fraternity's extensive archival history, coordinates alumni events and offers a consistency in management that rivals any other non-profit corporation. The Executive Offices are capable of dealing with issues between a chapter and its campus administration and can provide assistance in dealing with crisis situations at a chapter. In addition to providing professional advice, the office maintains a large inventory of manuals, supplies and merchandise for our chapters' benefit. The Executive Offices are always involved in expansion efforts to keep the Fraternity growing. They plan and organize the national meetings of the Fraternity every summer. The office coordinates with province volunteers to maintain an alumni relationship with all active chapters. The Executive Offices are a resource to all collegiate and alumni. Don't hesitate to contact them. Executive Offices JOB ALERT Phi Kappa Theta is looking to hire a Director of Chapter Development and a Director of Education.
