Phi Kappa Theta is looking to hire a Director of Chapter Development and a Director of Education. Individuals seeking employment with Phi Kappa Theta must be capable of managing multiple projects that require good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.  In addition, team members must have the ability to think strategically and be capable of managing their respective departmental budgets, be willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN and willing to travel as necessary.  

Phi Kappa Theta's Director of Chapter Development serves as the primary professional charged with the development, implementation and assessment of the strategic recruitment and expansion efforts of the Fraternity.  The Director of Chapter Development will also be responsible for assisting collegiate chapters improve their operational functions.  For a complete description of the responsibilities of the Director of Chapter Development, please review the Director of Chapter Development Job Description Here.

The Director of Education will serve as Phi Kappa Theta's primary professional responsible for the development, implementation and assessment of the educational programs that deliver the Fraternity's Mission to its members and society.  For a complete description of the responsibilities of the Director of Education, please review the Director of Education Job Description Here.
