Phi Kappa Theta's (iServe) Network is the coalition of professional staff and volunteers who are actively serving Phi Kappa Theta in official roles. The professional staff are full and part time employees of Phi Kappa Theta and are headquartered out of Carmel, IN. The Executive Offices serve as the central offices for the professional staff and houses the Fraternity’s extensive archival history. The professional staff is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that deliver Phi Kappa Theta’s Mission successfully to its members. Volunteers Phi Kappa Theta has made a commitment to provide the essential life skills required for every collegiate member to live out our Mission in their daily lives. In order to meet this challenge, Phi Kappa Theta has developed its (iServe) Network – a coalition of trained volunteers, professionals, alumni, and collegiate members – to deliver on this commitment. Individuals who become leaders within the (iServe) Network will do so because they posses the right character, for it is their character that will help them make the right decisions. The (iServe) Network is designed to allow interested individuals to become engaged with the Fraternity in a role that best fits their personal talents and the demands of their existing life’s schedule. Those individuals who have made the commitment to serving in the Network find meaningful relationships with both our collegiate members and others who are serving the Phi Kappa Theta.
