To ensure the Phi Kappa Theta room rate please reserve your room by July 11, 2019.

If your chapter has Prepaid Registration Fees keep in mind your hotel reservations will only be for Thursday-Saturday night. If you would like to come in early or stay late, you will need to reserve additional room nights on your own.

 

Your special event room rate is for July 24-28, 2019. To help make your stay more enjoyable, your event hosts have arranged for the following perk(s): You will receive a discounted self-parking rate of $16.00 per night, plus tax (a savings of $14 per day). We hope our adjoining parking garage will take the headache out of downtown parking! Also, you will receive complimentary internet in your guestroom (a savings of $12.95 per day). If you wish to book nights before or after the dates listed above, please contact our Reservations Supervisor, Xavier Nieto, at 512-404-6926. Additional nights will be honored at the group rate based on availability.
