Executive Vice President

Robert W. Riggs, CAE

The National President, with the approval of the Board of Trustees shall appoint a professional Fraternity administrator under the title of Executive Vice President and may invest him with any or all authority and duties consistent with this Constitution. The Executive Vice President will be charged with the execution of the policy of the Convention and the Board of Trustees, responsibility of the general administration of the Fraternity, visitation of its chapters and preparation for the Board of Trustees such reports and recommendations as it may solicit. He shall advise the Board, but will not be a voting member of the Board.

Robert graduated cum laude in 2002 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Science. He was initiated into the New York Sigma Chapter of Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity in the spring of 1999.

Robert joined the professional staff in 2002 and has served as a Leadership Consultant, Director of Chapter Development, and Executive Director before becoming the Executive Vice President in 2007.

Robert lives in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife, Katie, daughter, Francesca and son, Myles. In his free time he serves in various volunteer opportunities with the Indiana Society of Association Executives, Junior Chamber International Indianapolis Foundation and his Home Owners Association.

Director of COMMUNICATIONS & ALUMNI Engagement

Isaiah Adona
Washington State University
Washington Alpha Delta – 2012

Isaiah supports Phi Kappa Theta’s strategies in advancing active collegiate and alumni engagement with the Fraternity.

  • Ensure Mission/Brand Alignment
  • Leads the delivery of member experiences to Targeted Audiences
  • Designs and Maintains Online Learning Community
  • Directs and Produces Storytelling Initiatives

Additionally, Isaiah leads Phi Kappa Theta in the development, implementation and maintenance, of brand strategy, positioning, messaging, marketing planning, and business results for the Organization. Directs all communication efforts to ensure Phi Kappa Theta’s stakeholders are informed of Phi Kappa Theta’s initiatives, programs and activities to inspire engagement with the Fraternity.

Previously, he assisted in recolonization efforts at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, IA as Chapter Development Coordinator. He was also the Fraternity House Director for San Diego State's Phi Iota chapter.

As a collegiate member he was the Western Province representative and Vice-Chair for the Undergraduate Advisory Committee serving on the Board of Trustees from 2011 to 2013.

Communication coordinator

Kylee Daily
Carthage College – 2005

Kylee supports Phi Kappa Theta as their Communication Coordinator facilitating communications between the national headquarters and local chapters via social media platforms, Phi Kappa Theta’s quarterly magazine, and various communication outlets. Kylee has been working with Mattison Corporation since 2016. Along with working with Phi Kappa Theta, Kylee is an Association Coordinator for Indiana Water Environment Association and the Indiana Subcontractors Association. Kylee focuses her day on coordinating events, managing day-to-day tasks and staying in-the-know on all topics relevant to the organizations she works with. Kylee is proud to work hard in order to achieve success for the non-profits she represents. Planning and executing an event from top to bottom is most rewarding for Kylee.

When not striving to reach and exceed goals for clients, you can find Kylee hiking with her husband and their dogs, volunteering or reading.

Sarah Everhart

Sarah graduated in August 2005 from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. She also spent three years studying accounting at Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana. Sarah enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, playing and coaching volleyball, and softball. Sarah joined the Fraternity staff in June 2007.

Amy Herbertz
Indiana University Bloomington – 2001


+ Bio

Amy graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies and minors in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington in 1991. She worked as a social worker providing case management services to at-risk families for seven years before taking time off to raise her four children. She has been with Mattison Corporation since 2005 providing association management services. Amy currently works with the Indiana Construction Roundtable’s Build Your Future Indiana Program, Indiana Water Environment Association and Phi Kappa Theta.

Amy and her family live in Irvington, a historic neighborhood east of downtown Indianapolis, where she enjoys doing yoga, gardening, decorating and home improvement projects, walking her dog, and spending time with family.

Director of Chapter Operations

Johnny Hohenstein
Belmont Abbey College
North Carolina Alpha Rho – 2012

+ Bio

Johnny is a 2012 graduate of Belmont Abbey College, where he was initiated into Phi Kappa Theta in the Spring of 2009. He later served as President of the NC Alpha Rho Chapter. He has a Masters Degree in Higher Education from Northeastern University, and has spent over five years in Student Affairs in North Carolina and Alabama.

Johnny has experience in corporate hospitality management, has previously served as facilitator for regional conferences and currently chairs the marketing committee for a non-profit community theatre in Charlotte, North Carolina.
