Why Are We Doing This?

The fraternity's alumni database is one of our most important resources for maintaining meaningful connections with our members after graduation. This project will help us:

• Verify and update alumni contact information

• Improve communication with alumni

• Strengthen engagement opportunities

• Preserve the history and traditions of Phi Kappa Theta

• Collect stories that highlight the impact of fraternity membership on our brothers' lives

Every alumnus has a unique Phi Kap story, and we want to ensure those stories become part of our shared legacy.

How Will Alumni Be Contacted?

PCI will contact alumni on behalf of Phi Kappa Theta through:

• Postcards and mailed communications

• Email outreach

• Phone calls

During the process, alumni will be invited to update their information and share personal memories, experiences, and reflections about their time in Phi Kappa Theta.

Is This Legitimate?

Yes. Publishing Concepts, Inc. is an authorized partner working directly with Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity on this initiative. Communications received from PCI regarding this project are legitimate and part of an ongoing effort to improve and maintain accurate alumni records.

Is a Purchase Required?

No. There is absolutely no purchase necessary to participate.

Updating your information and sharing your story are provided at no cost. At the conclusion of the process, alumni may be offered the opportunity to purchase a commemorative directory or other keepsake products, but purchasing is entirely optional.
