Stephan assumed his role as Executive Director in June 2026 having previously served the fraternity as Director of Fraternal Operations. Prior to joining the Fraternity staff he worked as a campus based Student Affairs professional since completing his Master's Degree in College Student Personnel at Ohio University in 2009.

Initiated as a brother in the Ohio Psi Chapter in 2002, Stephan has a long history of service to Phi Kappa Theta, including prior service on the National Board of Trustees as a UGAC member, Facilitating at a number of regional and national conferences, and Advising local Chapters. Stephan also serves as a Trustee of the Ohio Youth Leadership Initiative Fund, a 501(c)3 that supports teen education opportunities outside the classroom, has been a member of the American Legion's Buckeye Boys State Staff for over 20 years, and maintains a number of memberships in community organizations.

Stephan lives in Perrysburg, OH with his wife, Dr. Crystal Oechsle (Delta Gamma) and their children Kensley and Arnold.

Brother Sines joins the professional staff after seven years of working in the English and Theater Arts Department at Duquesne University as the Technical Director. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne in 2011 and is finishing up a Master of Fine Arts in Digital Media.

Justin lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his husband Tony and their three dogs, Rosco, Harry, and Cyrus. Outside of work, Justin is a board member of the Gemini Children's Theater and volunteers his time with countless theater groups across the Pittsburgh region.

Lane Velayo, CAE is an experienced association and events executive — planning and executing educational events for fraternal, trade and professional organizations over the course of his career. Lane has been an active volunteer for the fraternity serving in operational, strategic and facilitator roles. Lane is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and lives in Indianapolis.

Cody graduated with an Associate's Degree in Accounting/Business from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in 2013.

Relocating from Kansas City, MO, he resides in Indianapolis, IN, with his wife and three dogs. An avid sports fan, Cody and his wife play in the CCA recreations volleyball league. He also enjoys golf and bowling.
