OUR MISSION
to actively develop men to be effective servant leaders who passionately serve society, Fraternity and God.
Highlighted above are what Phi Kappa Theta is investing in specifically and our how is explained in further detail below.
Our why is found in the belief of our supporters.
OUR WHAT
actively develop men
We actively develop men in each of the Four Seasons of a Man’s Life (age groups). We further their development by focusing on 12 Dimensions of a Man’s Life (categories).
society, Fraternity and God.
To passionately serve all three, we guide Brothers in each of the Five Areas of Development (framework) so they may effectively improve the world around them.
OUR HOW
COLLEGIATE SERVICES
Every chapter’s needs are different. We’ve created a classification matrix to help us determine what each chapter’s needs are and how to guide them to where they want to be.
OUR LEGACY CHAPTERS
Short intro to explain the plan for legacy chapters: Lorem amet elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud.
GEOGRAPHIC NETWORKS
Our city-based networks help maintain a vital connection between alumni, recent graduates, and local chapters. It’s a great way for new engagement to naturally form.
INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
When a chapter opts in, they will no longer be responsible for collecting association, initiation, per capita / UGAC, and insurance fees on behalf of their membership.
MENTORING PROGRAM
Collegiate Brothers discover growth across all 12 Dimensions of a Man’s Life by receiving a mentor (alumnus). Mentors and mentees receive resources for guided discussions.
DISCOVERY XP
This innovative program is designed for self-selected high-achieving alumni in the Second Season of their lives, who want to stay closely connected to the Brotherhood.
OUR WHY
EXAMPLE STATEMENT: “Because the world needs more servant leaders…”. Lorem consectetur elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud.
“Why = The Purpose. What is your cause? What is your belief? Very few organizations know why they do what they do. A “why” is not about generating revenue or profit. That’s a result. The “why” is the very reason your organization exists.”
