The National President, with the approval of the Board of Trustees shall appoint a professional Fraternity administrator under the title of Executive Vice President and may invest him with any or all authority and duties consistent with this Constitution. The Executive Vice President will be charged with the execution of the policy of the Convention and the Board of Trustees, responsibility of the general administration of the Fraternity, visitation of its chapters and preparation for the Board of Trustees such reports and recommendations as it may solicit. He shall advise the Board, but will not be a voting member of the Board.

Patrick brings ten years of executive-level association experience to Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity. Patrick graduated in 2002 from Indiana University-Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs (specialization in Management). With additional experiences in private sector operational leadership and sales, Patrick has spent most of his career (18 years) in the non-profit space, on the Acacia Fraternity professional staff, including ten years as Executive Director.

Patrick lives in Noblesville, Indiana, with his wife, Carrie, and daughters, Ruby and Mira. In his free time, Patrick enjoys golfing, cycling, coaching youth soccer, playing the bass guitar, landscaping, and gardening.

Cody graduated with an Associate's Degree in Accounting/Business from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in 2013. In his role, Cody will:

  • Help manage the Fraternity’s finances
  • Coordinate collegiate and alumni invoicing
  • Assist with organizing membership reporting data

Relocating from Kansas City, MO, he resides in Indianapolis, IN, with his wife and three dogs. An avid sports fan, Cody and his wife play in the CCA recreations volleyball league. He also enjoys golf and bowling.

Kelsey Gomez Morrisey

Kelsey joins the Phi Kap team after a stint at Acacia Fraternity, where she was a leader for that organization in their chapter services department. In total, Kelsey has previous experience working with three different fraternity/sorority headquarters primarily in the areas of Chapter Services, Education and Conduct.

Kelsey has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Indiana University and a Masters of Education in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in College Student Affairs from the University of West Georgia. Kelsey lives in Westfield Indiana with her husband Juan and two dogs Barley and Boomer. She loves taking her 10 (soon to be 11) neices and nephews on fun adventures around Indianapolis. She enjoys traveling, being out on the lake and watching Dateline.

Stephan is an alumnus of Ohio University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education and a Master’s in College Student Personnel. He was initiated into the Ohio Psi Chapter of Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity in 2002.

Stephan comes home to Phi Kappa Theta after a career that has spanned work at Ohio University, Illinois Institute of Technology, public school teaching, and finance work in the court system. He also served the fraternity previously as UGAC Vice-Chair and a member of the Board of Trustees from 2005-2007.

Stephan's responsibilities include all risk management related issues.

Originally from a dairy farming family in rural western Ohio, Stephan along with his wife Crystal, daughter Kensley, an Irish Wolfhound (Oliver), and a Great Dane (Odin), now call Perrysburg, Ohio home. In his free time, he restores and makes hand-crafted furniture, volunteers with the American Legion’s Boys State program, and enjoys serving as a clown in the local Shrine Circus annually. After living in Boston, Chicago, Miami, and Akron, the Oechsle team is excited about putting down roots as Crystal settles into her professorship at Bowling Green State University, including extending her own involvement in Greek Life as a long-time volunteer with Delta Gamma. The household is committed to the shared values and vision of the Greek community and excited for Stephan to be home at PKT!

Emma supports Phi Kappa Theta as an event coordinator. Emma comes from a family that is very active in their Greek organizations, and she understands the value of Fraternities and Sororities.

Emma attended Indiana University and has previous experience in event planning and marketing. Emma has helped many large businesses cultivate creative experiences and conferences that have left their attendees with lasting impressions and memories.

Emma resides in Indianapolis, where she spends most of her time with her family. She is the youngest of five brothers and is proud to be an aunt to two energetic boys. Outside of work, some of Emma's passions are Formula 1, hiking, and snowboarding. You can most likely find her out west in the mountains when she gets time away.

Brother Sines joins the professional staff after seven years of working in the English and Theater Arts Department at Duquesne University as the Technical Director. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne in 2011 and is currently finishing up a Master of Fine Arts in Digital Media.

Since 2009, Phi Kappa Theta has given him multiple opportunities for leadership roles and to grow professionally, and he feels it is truly an honor to be able to pass those opportunities to undergraduates across the country within his work.

Justin lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his partner Tony and their three dogs, Rosco, Harry, and Cyrus. Outside of work, Justin is a board member of the Gemini Children's Theater and volunteers his time with countless theater groups across the Pittsburgh region.

Travis Smith

Travis supports Phi Kappa Theta’s strategies in growth and brotherhood engagement.

  • Directs strategic growth initiatives and opportunities
  • Oversees Boysie Bollinger Leadership Academies
  • Manages Brotherhood retention efforts

Travis is an alumnus of the University of Miami (FL) where he earned a Bachelor’s in Health Science. He later earned his Master’s in College Student Affairs from Eastern Illinois University after his time serving Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity as a field consultant.

Travis joins Phi Kappa Theta after serving more than 15 years as a campus-based professional supporting fraternity and sorority life. He has worked at Pittsburg State University, Colorado School of Mines, Florida Gulf Coast University, and most recently at Christopher Newport University where he served as the Director of Student Activities.

Originally from Newark, Ohio, Travis along with his wife Leah, daughter Lucie, and corgi Lilly, now call Newport News, VA home. In his free time, Travis serves as the Coordinator for Educational Programs for the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values' Central Conference. He enjoys golf, travel, and all things Disney.
