This is the 2nd Annual PKTAAA Educational Scholarship Fundraising Gala event. It is a Black Tie "Roaring Twenties" themed event that promises to be a night of "world" class dining, music and dancing entertainment, open bar, and celebration for all guests. Our guest speaker is Dr. Guy Bailey, president of the University of Texas at the Rio Grande Valley, Edinburg, TX.
