The Outstanding Young Alumnus Award recognizes brothers under the age of 35 who exemplify the ideals of Phi Kappa Theta in career success and service to the community. The award was established in 2014.

Brother Colin Nguyen (University of Washington, ‘05) was initiated into Phi Kappa Theta in 2003 with the Washington Beta Delta Chapter, where he earned a degree in Economics. He as also served as a co-facilitator of regional workshops for the Fraternity.

Among many accomplishments, Brother Nguyen has been identified in the top 3% of all Real Estate Agents by the age of 30. He’s been a featured keynote speaker for many world class organizations such as College Success Foundation, which was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Tom Ferry Organization, Silicon Valley – Keller Williams and many others. Since 2016, Colin he has served as a Board member for the University of Washington, which includes some prestigious families on the board such as the Gates and Bezos families.

Brother Nguyen has been chosen as recipient of the Outstanding Young Alumnus Award for his perseverance to bettering himself and others in time of adversity, as well as his established success, perseverance and innovative leadership in life and the real estate industry.

Nguyen currently resides in Seattle with his wife and three year old daughter.
